*Funds will be issued to the school and dispersed upon receipt of a tuition billing statement*
Purpose: These scholarships are for study at an accredited post-secondary institution and are intended to support individuals from diverse backgrounds who are or will likely be leaders in our community. They are designed to support the Ambassador membership, their spouse/domestic partner, dependents, and others who exemplify the essence of the Ambassador experience. The experience is comprised of the following:

Developing self potential,

Contributing to society, and
-
Developing values.
Ambassador Scholarship Requirements:

Must be a current high school senior graduating by June 2026 OR possess a high school diploma or GED.

Attend or be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary institution in the 2026-2027 school year.
AND
-
Must live or work in Saint Paul.

Alternatively, the applicant can qualify by volunteering at an Ambassadors of the St. Paul Winter Carnival or a Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation event in the previous 12 months.
Recipient(s) will be notified of the Board decision by May 17, 2026. The scholarship will be awarded at our Annual Meeting on May 19, 2026.
